This course is designed specifically for licensed electrical trades personnel who select, wire, install, maintain and remove Construction Wiring and associated electrical equipment or who test and tag portable electrical equipment as designated to comply under AS/NZS 3012.
Electrical installations on construction and demolition sites have additional requirements to those on normal sites.
Get up to date on standards and information related to installation, alteration, repair and maintenance of installations on these sites, as well as requirements for testing of installations, tools and equipment used on construction sites.
This is a specialised area and can provide cost and time advantages to contractors.
This course will help you successfully manage these challenges while ensuring compliance and elimination of risks.

For the Electrical Installation Testing component of the course, an assessment requires an 80% or higher pass mark, otherwise you will need to do the Electrical Installation Testing courses again.
Electrician’s Licence or Electrical (supervised) worker’s licence.
You will need to show your licence on the day otherwise your Certificate of Attendance and card will not be issued.
To get the best out of the course, please ensure you bring your own testing equipment which you are familiar with.
