Continuing Professional Development is how the knowledge, skills, and competence of electrical licence holders are maintained, improved, broadened, and enhanced.
The Skills Maintenance training will be specific to every class of licence, and is mandatory for every electrical licence held.
The course comprises approximately 60% practical work.
Get hands-on with your skills maintenance by completing your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at NECA Education & Careers.

This course is delivered in-person on both weekdays and weekends at our Carlton North campus and with our training partners in Ballarat and Richmond.
CPD will enable you to keep your knowledge and skills current and relevant, reduce complacency, and improve safety outcomes.
Mandatory training supplements the existing five-year licence renewal with proof that electrical workers are aware of changes to standards and legislation.
All NECA Education & Careers electrical trainers are qualified and experienced A Grades and those delivering the CPD program have completed specialist training.
