As a group training organisation and employer of apprentices (GTO), we:
- Employ and mentor apprentices and trainees
- Work with host employers to place apprentices and trainees and to meet workforce needs
As a registered training organisation (RTO), we offer:
- CPD
- Renewable technologies
- Business and leadership
- Workplace health and safety

We treat mental health and physical health with equal importance. Our students;
- Learn the benefits of good mental health
- Know how to access support when needed
- Help remove the stigma around mental health in the industry

Practical safety training
All apprentices receive:
- CPR and low voltage rescue accreditation
- Annual safety refresher courses
- Skills to handle workplace emergencies
Our apprentices enter worksites equipped with the skills to work safely and the knowledge to respond when things go wrong.

Child safety standards
We ensure all staff operate according to child safety standards for all apprentices, regardless of age. We commit to:
- Recognising our position of power and never taking advantage of it
- Providing a safe, healthy environment for everyone
- Leading by example
- Assessing risks before taking action
- Using all available referral services when apprentices need additional support

Mental health training for teachers
Our team completes mental health first aid training, equipping them to:
- Identify when apprentices may be struggling
- Provide appropriate initial support
- Connect apprentices with additional resources when needed
