The Leading Mates course has been designed to help improve your self-awareness and build relationships within your team, organisation and industry – key for your leadership development. In this course, you will learn how to set goals, deal with interpersonal problems, coach your team, provide feedback, resolve conflict and increase your self-confidence.

The course also equips you with a practical toolkit of leadership tools and techniques, tailored for the electrical industry, that you can use in your daily work and beyond.

Course Description

Good leadership is defined by what you do in the moment – the conversations you do and don’t have; the behaviours you do and don’t display, and the actions you do and don’t take.

The choices you make in these moments create a ripple effect, which impact our people, business, customers and communities.

Your mind set matters more than skill. What you believe and your attitude towards leadership is the thing you need to work out first.

As of 1 July 2016, it is a condition of your licence to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This course will earn you 4 points towards your CPD points.
