John joins the NECA E&C Board of Directors as a non-Executive Director. He is the Executive Director of NECA Victoria. He is a highly experienced leader with deep expertise in the automotive & finance industry, having held senior leadership roles in complex matrix organisations and corporate operations, with a key focus on a sales-led culture.

As a Senior Executive in the Automotive sector, he has held key roles at the WorldMark MotorOne Group, managing the Wholesale Window Film Division and Tint a Car Franchise network, and, more recently, at Repco Australia, where he led the wholesale Trade Sales Division for 10 years, servicing national franchise and independent mechanical workshop customers.

His previous Board Director positions include roles at WorldMark MotorOne Group, Australian Stock Report and the Sue Sofarnos Foundation, where he has worked to make a positive contribution to organisations and communities as they navigate strategic change and transformation.
