Philip joins the NECA E&C Board of Directors as an Independent Director in April 2026. He has worked in the electrotechnology industry for 35 years. His executive career has encompassed industrial relations, advocacy, general management, strategy and business turnaround. He is a former Executive Director of NECA Victoria and a former CEO of NECA Education and Careers Ltd.

Since 2000 he has also been a director and board committee member of a range of companies associated with the electrical industry and vocational education and training.
